Data Center Engineering in Kazakhstan 2016-2026

This solution targets data‑room engineering construction in Kazakhstan, adapting to local climate conditions, power‑grid characteristics and digital‑industry development demands, aiming to build stable, scalable and energy‑saving data‑room infrastructure for local enterprises and digital‑economy businesses.

The project adopts Tier‑3‑level design standards, supporting 7×24‑hour continuous operation. For power supply, N+1 redundant UPS systems and backup power generation units are deployed to cope with local grid fluctuation risks, together with complete grounding and lightning‑protection systems to guarantee power‑supply stability. Considering Kazakhstan’s large temperature difference between seasons, precision air‑conditioning and cold‑hot‑aisle isolation are applied to realize efficient heat dissipation, lowering PUE and reducing long‑term energy consumption.
In civil‑engineering and layout, functional zones including equipment area, power‑distribution area and operation‑maintenance area are reasonably divided. Anti‑static flooring, dust‑proof and fire‑proof enclosure materials are adopted. Integrated wiring strictly separates strong and weak current circuits, reserving sufficient capacity for future business expansion. Physical security covers access control, video surveillance and gas‑fire‑suppression systems, plus environmental monitoring for temperature, humidity and smoke, realizing real‑time alarm and remote management.
The project will follow Kazakhstan’s local construction codes and digital‑regulatory requirements. Implementation is divided into three phases: pre‑construction survey and customized design, on‑site construction and equipment commissioning, and acceptance plus operation‑maintenance training. Local technical teams will be involved throughout the whole process to facilitate later maintenance. This data‑room engineering project will support local cloud service, data storage and AI‑computing business, and contribute to Kazakhstan’s digital‑economy development.
